In this class, participants will learn about the duties and responsibilities of being the Secretary. This includes the importance of reviewing meeting minutes, member onboarding and training, national database entry, and fostering communication between the parish and Conference. Conference Presidents are also invited to attend to better understand what the expectations and responsibilities of the Secretary role are. Please note that all materials will be provided for you, as well as light refreshments.
Following the training, we will offer a tour of the Chamblee Family Support Center and Conference Support Center, upon request.
